The company offers services and products in the field of metalworking, which are manufactured according to specific customer requirements and technical specifications.
3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
The company’s offers are non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. The contract is only concluded upon the company's written order confirmation.
4. Prices and Terms of Payment
Prices are net plus the statutory VAT. Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing unless other payment terms have been agreed. Cash discounts require prior written agreement.
5. Delivery Deadlines and Conditions
Delivery dates are only binding if agreed upon in writing. In the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., strikes or material shortages), the company is entitled to extend the delivery period accordingly. Compensation claims for delayed deliveries are excluded.
6. Warranty and Liability
The company is liable for defects in accordance with legal regulations. Complaints must be made in writing within 14 days of discovery. In the event of legitimate claims, the company will either rectify the defect or provide a replacement at its discretion.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the company until full payment has been made. The customer is obliged to handle the goods with care and to notify the company immediately in the event of third-party access.
8. Data Protection
The company collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Data is used exclusively for contract processing and is not shared with third parties.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
French law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the company’s registered office in 67660 Betschdorf.
10. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
